  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar

Operations Supervisor

NetPay is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day processes, ensure service excellence, and drive operational efficiency across our payments and remittance infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across customer support, transaction processing, and compliance workflows
  • Monitor key operational metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of operations associates
  • Liaise with engineering, compliance, and finance teams to resolve escalations and system issues
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational functions
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, AML policies, and internal controls
  • Prepare regular operational reports for senior management

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs for NetPay's payment platform
  • Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features
  • Build and optimise transaction processing pipelines for speed, reliability, and compliance
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions
  • Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code
  • Monitor production systems and respond to incidents with urgency and care
  • Integrate third-party payment providers, banks, and financial APIs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional backend software engineering experience

Compliance & AML Officer

NetPay is looking for a Compliance & AML Officer to uphold our regulatory obligations and ensure our platform meets the highest standards of financial integrity. You'll be a key guardian of trust at NetPay.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage NetPay's AML, KYC, and CFT programmes in line with CBN and international standards
  • Review and assess customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) cases
  • Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) where required
  • Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls documentation
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and correspondent banking partners on compliance matters
  • Conduct staff training on AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory obligations
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes and assess their impact on NetPay's operations
  • Support the preparation of regulatory returns and responses to enquiries

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, AML, or risk within a financial institution or fintech
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian AML/CFT regulations, CBN guidelines, and FATF recommendations
  • Experience with transaction monitoring systems and KYC tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns of suspicious activity
  • Excellent report-writing skills and attention to detail
  • High degree of integrity, independence, and professional judgement
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • ACAMS certification or equivalent is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cross-border remittance compliance
