Our regulatory approach
NetPay is preparing to launch its cross-border payment services and is in the process of completing applicable licensing and registration requirements with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other relevant regulators in the jurisdictions where it operates. NetPay will update this page as licensing and registration milestones are completed.
Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing
NetPay maintains a risk-based Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and Counter-Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF) programme, approved by its Board of Directors and subject to independent review. This includes customer due diligence calibrated to transaction risk, ongoing transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and staff training. Data Protection
NetPay processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable data protection laws. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
